We are a shop that mainly deals in the sweets of yesterday. Most of the sweets in here haven’t made it to the mainstream shop shelves – but that’s what makes us special! Come down to Wyldes Sweet Shop in the historic Tamworth and allow your taste buds and imagination to soar.

I visited last Saturday with my Son and have to say what a fantastic little sweet shop! It's worth a visit just to meet Lydia who I'm sure must be, in some way, related to Willy Wonka. My Son was duly star struck having followed the shop on Tiktok and I left with some marzipan, it doesn't get much better than that
Best sweet shop in Tamworth. All the old sweets that most places don't sell anymore. Pop in you wont be disappointed. Real friendly staff that willing to help. Sorry can't add pictures as i have eaten the sweets, so i need to pop back in to stock up. You'll love this place if you haven't visited before.
We go to wylds at least once a month with a list to stock up on treats. Cola cubes, strawberry pips, chocolate raisins, blackcurrant licorice and lots of other stuff I usually forget to ask for! It's great to see a local business in Tamworth that continues to be so well liked and remembered by such alot of people in the town. Always a cheerful friendly service and everything you can think of to buy - and if you can't, they'll find it eventually and order it so keep checking.
I only wish I could rate this business with more stars! The manageris so friendly and really gives that personal touch to the service she provides.Lovely shop, amazing selection of sweets. Definitely highly recommend a visit to this treasure of a shop!
